Founder's Vision

My dreamA little Brazil in every home we build.

Twenty years ago, as an architect, I had a simple ambition: to design buildings that noticeably improve people's lives. I found my inspiration in Rio de Janeiro, in the Condomínio, a concept where every resident has their own apartment, yet shares terraces, lounges and gardens where life happens together.

What struck me most in Brazil wasn't the architecture. It was the people, their warmth, their openness, their joy. That spirit is what i Live is built on. I want to create places where people feel welcome, where strangers become neighbours, and neighbours become friends.

Once a year, we go back

A journey to the place that taught us how

Every year, a few colleagues from the i Live Family travel to Brazil.

They come back with notebooks full of observations: the way a doorman greets a stranger, the way a smile arrives before a word does, the way people celebrate life. All of it travels back into our buildings, into the way we design, hire, host and welcome.

Because a feeling cannot be imported. It has to be visited, again and again, with open hands.
